Returns, refunds and order problems

Most physical products are made to order. We do not offer discretionary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or a different preference, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please check the product, size and format before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or appears to be missing, contact contact@samschwartzcreations.co.za as soon as possible with your order number and relevant details. For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate with the fulfilment partner and arrange an appropriate remedy where applicable. Do not send an item back without return instructions.

Digital downloads are not physical items and cannot be returned by post. We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds after delivery of digital files, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you receive the wrong file or cannot access your download, contact us with your order number so we can help.

For cancellations or address corrections, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production, fulfilment or digital delivery has begun.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
